Live Streaming is a great option for guests who are unable to attend in person. Below is some information regarding ceremony only live streams and we are always happy to answer any questions:

Ceremony Live Stream Package; This is a 2 hour package streamed directly to our website. Streams can be made public or private with a password and we will provide you the link once booked. This package is 2 consecutive hours so if your ceremony is 2:00, your live stream will run continuously from 2:00 - 4:00, or once ceremony concludes. We will arrive at ceremony location about an hour prior to start time for setup which means your start time must begin at ceremony location.

Does The Church Need WiFi?: No, we use Network Bonding which allows us to combine data from all 3 of our hotspots, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. This setup has proven very successful and is far more reliable than counting on wifi connections from unknown venues.

Is Live Streaming Guaranteed? Unfortunately, that's still a no. Although we use a professional streaming platform and network bonding, there are still moving parts beyond our control. We had a 99% success rate in 2020 with 147 live streams and the 1 failure was prior to implementing network bonding. In the case of technical difficulties preventing a live stream, the camera files will be uploaded within 24 hours, typically within a few hours of conclusion of event.

Is Live Streaming Available for Replay? Yes, all live streams remain online for "on-demand" replay for 365 days.

Is the Live Stream Available for Download? Yes, but not by everyone. Upon request from client we will provide a download link.
